Clarity Partners made its first hire from the Cara Program, a job training and placement provider for individuals affected by homelessness and poverty. Gina Cunningham, a former corporate paralegal, has joined the team as a Customer Service Representative at one of Clarity’s call centers. Her professionalism and drive made her stand out from a pool of candidates interviewed by our call center Manager.
The Cara Program provides its students with on-the-job training and industry-linked training courses as well as job placement opportunities with more than 120 Chicagoland employers. Some of these employers include Pitney Bowes, Bank of America, Chicago Transit Authority, and Northwestern Memorial Hospital. In addition, Cara provides beautification services for underserved neighborhoods.
Clarity is committed to supporting Cara’s mission by hiring qualified candidates for available positions. Employers who partner up with Cara receive a customized screening and recruitment process based on their specific needs. Cara furthermore assigns one point of contact to the hiring manager to streamline communication and prepares candidates for the employer’s culture and expectations.
