Colleen D. Egan
Colleen D. Egan is the Director of People at Clarity Partners, where she focuses on human resources, company culture and endless possibilities. With a diverse portfolio of experience, Colleen’s expertise spans a wide range of areas including healthcare, media, technology and executive operations. She has received extensive recognition for her leadership and accomplishments including most recently the Illinois Technology Association’s 2018 Prominent Woman in Tech award, a spot on the Crain’s Chicago Business 2018 list of Notable LGBTQ Executives and Connected World magazine’s 2018 Women of M2M/IoT award.
Prior to Clarity, Colleen was a Principal Consultant and Founder of Tiger Puppet Studios which focused on Chicago technology start-ups working for clients in education, healthcare, recruitment solutions, big data and machine learning. While there, she led a team that created the healthcare application, MyBestRx, where she served as CEO.
Previously, she served as the COO of several companies including Akoo International, Zula USA and Two Hundred Twelve Degrees | 212°, which she also founded. She started her technology career as the Operations Director at Quantum Leap. In her previous career, Colleen was a registered nurse.
Colleen earned a degree from Lewis University. She serves on several company advisory boards, as well as non-profit boards and committees including Little Kids Rock, Women’s Sports Foundation and Chicago United.
