Joel Bittick is a Partner at Clarity Partners, leading sales efforts across North America. Joel has an extensive software sales and consulting background, including over ten years of expanding corporate and operational finance roles, and brings vast experience crafting strategies across various functional teams to support successful outcomes for clients.
Joel’s specialties include process transformation in the CFO office with enterprise performance management, business intelligence and analytics, front office customer experience, data warehousing, strategic planning, corporate financial budgeting and forecasting, and complex software implementations. His industry experience spans oil and gas, retail and consumer packaged goods, discrete and process manufacturing, financial services, travel and hospitality, high tech, public sector and higher education.
Prior to Clarity, Joel held positions at IBM including, most recently, Oracle Cloud and Cognitive Innovation Sales Leader, where he focused on providing solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud and cognitive computing innovation. Previously, Joel served as National Vice President of Financial Advisory Sales at Linium, a New York-based consulting, recruiting and managed services firm. He has also held positions at Oracle Corporation, The Hackett Group, Kimberly-Clark and Radio Shack.
While serving as a full-time United States Air Force Officer, Joel earned his M.B.A. with honors in Finance and Accounting from Regis University. He earned his B.S. in Economics from Texas A&M University.
