Soo Choi
Soo Choi is Clarity’s Director of Human Resources. She has both private and public sector experience, including 14 years in government serving the City of Chicago.
Having reported directly to Mayors Lightfoot and Emmanuel during her tenure with the City, she is well-versed in synthesizing complex scenarios and acting swiftly to implement strategic plans, applying a deep understanding of integral business, economic, and cultural factors at-play. Her core competencies include human resource strategy and planning, human capital management, regulatory compliance, and more.
Soo holds a Juris Doctor from the Cornell University as well as a Master of Arts in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from University of Chicago and a BA from Duke. She is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources.
Soo is a member of the Leadership Council and Board of Trustees for Chicago House and Social Service Agency as well as a volunteer for The Honeycomb Project, an organization that puts kids at the forefront of social change.
