Giving back is The Clarity Way.

Clarity pledges to make an active contribution to the communities we serve. Through volunteerism, workforce development, and charitable giving, we seek to foster hope, opportunity, and equity among underserved people in the Chicagoland area and beyond.

Our two community engagement programs work independently to broaden our reach to those in need.

Clarity Cares

Clarity Cares is a program that promotes community citizenship through financial contributions and volunteerism within the Chicagoland area. The Clarity Cares program is dedicated to supporting our employees in their efforts to effect positive change within our communities. Clarity Cares serves an array of charitable causes, including arts and culture, civil rights, community development, education, environment, health, human services, science, and technology.

Clarity Social Justice Taskforce

Our Social Justice Taskforce seeks to address and act on social justice and inequity affecting our communities and workforce today. We work to operate within those areas we are equipped to significantly impact, particularly in creating an equitable workforce in business and technology. Our strategy aims to support organizations and partnerships selectively, providing value and support in a multidimensional capacity and centers on the following three pillars to achieve that mission.

Pillar 1

Non-Profit Engagement and Support

We aim to identify and support key organizations that align with the goals of the task force.  By focusing our efforts, we can actively provide substantial financial contributions and actively volunteer or host events and partner while aligning ourselves to help provide technical and leadership support within the organization’s specific areas of need.

Pillar 2

Direct Workforce Opportunities

We focus on identifying and developing opportunities to enhance an equitable workforce, including training and developing interns with our non-profit partners, offering internal mentorship, and hiring from strategic programs whose mission is to provide opportunities for high-paying careers.

Pillar 3

Direct Investment in other MBE Firms

Clarity offers a proactive approach to supporting Minority-Owned Businesses Enterprises (MBE) in our community. We leverage our assets and expertise to provide financial assistance as well as advisory and technical consulting services to those MBE vendors that we support.
