Our projects cover a broad range of services, so the best way to know what it’s like to work at Clarity is to hear it straight from our people – here’s what a few of them have to say.
Our Consultants
One of the things I love about working at Clarity Partners is the dynamic and collaborative work I’m involved in. Clarity provides opportunities not only to enhance your professional career, but also positively impact the community. Our incredible leadership, fun culture, and our genuine passion to maintain our core values makes life at Clarity Partners one of a kind!
What I like most about working at Clarity is the wide array of growth opportunities with different technologies and the work culture Clarity provides.
I’ve always loved process improvements and training others on new technologies. Working for Clarity, I get to focus on these things full-time for our clients. I also appreciate being part of the Web Team here; this is an incredibly fun and talented team that makes the work we do truly enjoyable.
It’s a lucky coincidence that I landed on a project with Chicago PD. Law enforcement was a career that I seriously considered, but the draw to tinker in IT professionally was significantly stronger. It’s nice to be able to apply that technical knowledge to serve a profession that I’m also passionate about.
I really enjoy consulting, specifically developing custom data or software solutions for my clients. There is always an element of change in the projects I take on, each being differently unique in one way or another. I appreciate the challenge and opportunity they bring.
What gets me excited about this work are the opportunities to grow and learn. Particularly the new opportunity to create, develop, and manage a new OnBase practice.
I really enjoy the opportunity to explore and implement different tools and technologies. Working in my position at Clarity, I’ve had the privilege to help grow and maintain our infrastructure, while supporting a wide variety of client projects. Each day presents a different challenge.
