Clarity Partners has been awarded a Top Workplaces honor by The Chicago Tribune for the second year in a row. Clarity Partners landed at 22 on this year’s ranked list, which was revealed at the awards dinner on Thursday, November 2nd.
The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection, just to name a few.
