Clarity Partners is honored to be named #46 on the Crain’s Chicago Business 2018 list of Best Places to Work in Chicago. The ranked order was released at a luncheon held for all finalists on April 12, 2018.
Since 2008 Crain’s has surveyed Chicago employees and highlighted local businesses that have excelled in creating quality workplaces, considering everything from workplace to benefits to company culture. From Crain’s most recent survey of 8,800 employees at Chicago-based companies, Clarity was recognized as a top 100 finalist for the Best Places to Work list on March 26.
The Crain’s survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the 100 best companies to work for in Chicago. The full ranking – which includes two lists that spotlight the employers who rank especially high among women and baby boomers – will also be featured in the April 16 print issue of Crain’s.
Determining the Best Places to Work in Chicago involved a two-step process. The first step consisted of evaluating each participating company’s workplace policies, practices and demographics. This part of the process was worth about 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of employee surveys aimed at assessing the experiences and attitudes of individual employees with respect to their workplace, worth about 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the best companies and the final ranking.
Crain’s partnered with Best Companies Group to manage the overall registration and survey process, and then analyze the data to determine the final ranking.
