Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago - Wikipedia

Chicago, IL – Clarity Partners, LLC (Clarity) has been engaged by the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago (MWRD or District) to design and implement a data warehouse and a performance measurement and dashboard system. As part of its strategic and business planning efforts, MWRD has identified key performance indicators to drive performance improvement throughout the District. They seek to develop and implement reports, dashboards and analysis software to provide District executives with timely and accurate information on performance to promote informed decision-making and improve enterprise productivity.

Clarity will work with the MWRD to refine and define key performance indicators across ten departments, gather data requirements and capacity from multiple enterprise systems, and consolidate data from these systems into a central data warehouse platform from which performance management software can draw data for analysis and presentation. Clarity will build dashboards and analysis reports for departmental executives using Versifit’s Edvantage performance management software. The user friendly interface will allow executives to drill down from higher level dashboards to lower level details to understand root causes and develop appropriate organizational improvement strategies.
