Chicago, IL – Clarity has been selected by the Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT) to develop an application along with webservices to improve the efficiency and accuracy of permit reviews that are impacted by location restrictions, or moratoriums. The Clarity team will perform requirements gathering, design and develop the application and webservices, assess system capacity, as well as convert data from legacy systems. The newly developed system with allow the Infor Hansen 8 systems to communication directly with the City’s ESRI GIS system to determine if restrictions exists for permit before approval is granted.
