Clarity Partners (Clarity) recently embarked on a project with Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) to implement Oracle’s Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) for the organization, including narrative reporting.
This PBCS solution will replace OCTA’s current system and will be used for position budgeting, expense planning (including expense allocations), and multiyear forecasting. It will also integrate with any customer data sources such as the General Ledger, Human Resources, Asset Management, and Data Warehouse systems.
