The City of Chicago contracted Clarity Partners (Clarity) and its prime contractor Adsystech, Inc. (Adsystech) to implement Enterprise Case Management (ECM), a centralized web-enabled application for its Human Service departments and their delegate agencies to manage the numerous services provided to Chicago residents. The team successfully completed the implementation for departments and delegate agencies within the Department of Family Support and Family Services.
Clarity’s role included gathering requirements for Senior Services and Workforce departments. After conducting gap analysis and establishing processes to improve each organization’s efficiency and accuracy, Clarity designed and configured the application to meet the identified requirements. Clarity led the training effort and roll-out for ECM, training 150 program managers across numerous delegate agencies contracted by the City. Over 1,000 members of the City of Chicago workforce and affiliated agencies will ultimately utilize the ECM application.
Clarity’s role was to identify requirements, complete configuration, conduct training, and provide deployment support for various agencies. The following agencies are now utilizing the ECM product: Senior Foster Grandparent Program, Senior Companion Program, and CAS.
