Clarity Partners (Clarity), in partnership with Ciber Global, is currently working to implement the Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service budgeting tool (EPBCS) and Oracle Enterprise Performance Reporting Cloud Service (EPRCS) for the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD).
Clarity and Ciber will be working on behalf of MMSD to build an integrated enterprise system that will support staff in the delivery of services and activities, take advantage of best practices, significantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization’s business processes, and be flexible enough to encompass other functions, modules, and features, both now and in the future.
MMSD is highly regarded nationally as a leader in wastewater treatment, flood management, green infrastructure, and much more. The improvements by way of this project provide a robust solution set that will allow MMSD to leverage this investment well into the future as their needs grow and evolve.
About Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District
MMSD is a regional government agency that provides water reclamation and flood management services for about 1.1 million people in 28 communities in the Greater Milwaukee Area. As of 1994, the organization has a record of 98.4% for capturing and cleaning wastewater, well above the national goal of 85% of all rain and wastewater that enters sewer systems.
