The Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court is the largest court system in Illinois and the second largest unified court system in the world. Clarity was engaged by CCCCC to produce a Minimum Viable Product in an accelerated timeline to replace a self-hosted site with an outdated Content Management System that no longer supported their needs.
The University of Chicago’s Gagliardi Group is a research laboratory with graduate and postdoctoral research fellows engaged in molecular chemistry and engineering. Clarity was tasked to redesign their website and rebrand their organization which included logo development, new sets of icons, and consistent colors and typography along with resultant brand guidelines.


The Cook County Assessor’s Office (CCAO) engaged Clarity to redesign and replatform their website. In addition to the technical changes, Clarity created an entirely fresh design for the CCAO, including fresh color branding and logo development, emphasizing their efforts at data transparency in service to the residents of Cook County.
Chelsea Lighting is the largest independent lighting and lighting controls distributor serving New York City. Chelsea engaged Clarity to redesign and replatform their website using WordPress. Clarity was able to incorporate a number of unique animations and videos to convey an appealing visual representation of Chelsea Lighting.


Pace chose Clarity to plan, execute, and deliver a redesign of the website to attain easier navigation and higher customer satisfaction. Together, the two parties set out to create a useful tool—accessible content, easy-to-follow schedules for over 200 routes, real-time bus tracking, and trip planning—within the context of an aesthetic that brings the brand into the modern web space.
The Journey Forward is an organization providing a myriad of services for families in need, from financial coaching to re-employment to mental health and trauma services. Clarity built an entirely new WordPress site to help The Journey Forward service those in need. We also created a set of brand guidelines and other tools to set a path for future growth.


Clarity recently completed and launched a website redesign on behalf of the Cook County Public Guardian, a governmental office devoted to championing the rights of children and adults routinely neglected by society. Due to the effective use of a page builder, this project took less than a month for Clarity to complete. The goal was simple – an updated site that could be used more effectively.
Cook County selected Clarity to implement a complete redesign of their public website, provide guidance on branding strategy, and consult County leadership on governing content. The website was developed on the Drupal CMS, an industry-leading open-source system used extensively by U.S. government agencies.


Clarity was selected to redesign Metra’s main site, Metrarail.com, using Drupal CMS. Our firm co-developed the site with Metra staff to ensure full and ongoing knowledge transfer. Website administrators have a range of tools that allow them to add and update content directly to the website when needed. We helped Metra take advantage of the re-platforming to introduce other improvements as well.
The BOR engaged Clarity Partners to redesign and implement a new CMS in 2015. Clarity reviewed requirements, updated the original designs and built upon an information architecture to include new content needs. In February of 2023, Clarity was engaged to update the design again with a more modern look and feel.


The Law Office of the Cook County Public Defender is one of the largest criminal defense firms in the United States, with more than 450 attorneys and more than 600 employees overall. Clarity was tasked with redesigning and re-platforming the PDO website, to which the team implemented a drastically different look for the homepage, basic pages, and other site features.
Project Rainbow is a Cook County initiative seeking to address learning loss magnified by COVID-19. Cook County partnered with Clarity to produce a website and aid in the creation of Cook County’s first-ever mobile app. The WordPress site currently operates as the main hub for the initiatives educational content. Clarity was also asked to make the website playful and dynamic.


Founded in 1983 and based just outside of Chicago, Colony Display is a designer, manufacturer, and installer of highly customized fixtures, exhibits and displays. Colony Display engaged Clarity to redesign and re-architect their existing site. Clarity laid the technical foundation for future growth by building the site using Drupal 8 CMS.
