Andrew Davis
Andrew Davis is Clarity’s Controller and Director of Finance. He has 12 years of experience as a finance and accounting professional, working for 10 years at both Alvarez & Marsal RSM as a financial consultant before joining Clarity. His work spans the industries of technology, healthcare, manufacturing, consumer goods, service, not-for-profit, and private equity.
His experience in financial consulting includes audit readiness, pre-acquisition diligence, and post-acquisition dispute, finance, and accounting department transformation. He also has experience in forensic accounting, with focus on fraud investigations, litigation support, and economic damage calculations.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in both finance and accounting from the University of Illinois. He is also both a Certified Public Accountant as well as a Certified Fraud Examiner.
In his free time, Andrew is an avid runner and golfer. He also enjoys Bears football and is a season ticket holder for the team.
