Gemará Williams
Gemará Williams is a Partner at Clarity Partners, where he leads client relationships, business development, and service delivery. With more than 15 years of experience spanning both the private and public sectors, Gemará has built a distinguished portfolio that includes Cook County Health, Chicago Public Schools, and the University of Illinois Chicago.
Prior to joining Clarity Partners, Gemará served as a Senior Client Engagement Executive at RL Canning, where he managed a workforce of over 130 employees across large government entities and Fortune 500 clients. In this role, he was instrumental in supporting service delivery and ensuring customer service standards were consistently met. He also drove new business development efforts, led RFP development, and coordinated cross-functional activities with service management and procurement teams to ensure contractual compliance and vendor alignment.
Gemará holds a B.S. from the University at Buffalo and earned his MBA while competing professionally in the NFL as a cornerback for the New England Patriots. His athletic career and academic achievements reflect a commitment to excellence that carries through his professional work.
Gemará is deeply committed to civic and professional leadership, currently serving in several distinguished roles across Chicago’s business and public sector communities. He serves as President of both the NFLPA Chicago Chapter and the Retired Professional Football Players of Chicago (RPFPC) and holds the position of President-Elect and Chair of the Corporate Advisory Committee for the National Forum for Black Public Administrators (NFBPA) Chicago Chapter. He is also a Subcommittee Member of the Membership Committee for The Economic Club of Chicago and serves on the Executive Advisory Council for the Illinois Economic Development Corporation.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Gemará enjoys fitness, travel, and spending quality time with his family.
