Joshua Medina
Joshua Medina is a Director at Clarity Partners. He has 20 years of experience as a project manager and business analyst, working for 15 years at Chicago Public Schools before joining Clarity.
Joshua is a highly experienced technology professional with a strong background in leadership, having successfully led both small and large teams. He is exceptionally skilled in navigating complex business situations, particularly in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments. Moreover, his expertise extends to process improvement, where he excels in setting clear objectives and applying innovative problem-solving methods to enhance efficiency, both in the short and long run. Additionally, Joshua is known for his ability to cultivate meaningful relationships, both within the organization and externally, to promote collaboration in pursuit of common goals.
Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in business and Master of Business Administration in Finance and Strategy Execution and Valuation (SEV) both from DePaul University. He is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
In his free time, Joshua is an avid golfer and lover of music. He’s also a “stage dad” supporting his daughter Morgan’s love of musical theater.
