Tom Van Duerm
Tom Van Duerm is the Director of Finance/Accounting and Human Resources at Clarity. He has over 20 years of leadership experience in finance/administration roles and has extensive experience in driving business growth initiatives through people and processes.
Prior to joining Clarity, Tom was Vice President of Finance & Administration for 15 years at Olenick & Associates, a Chicago-based software testing and IT project management firm. He has global financial and business management experience over diverse market segments including professional services, information technology, SaaS, real estate management, and manufacturing/distribution.
Tom attended DePaul University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree focusing on Management/Accounting and a Master of Business Administration.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys golfing, playing electric guitar and is an avid collector of vintage vinyl records.
