The International Awards Associates (IAA) released their list of winners for the 2020 Season 1 Vega Digital Awards, in which four projects completed by Clarity Partners were recognized as winners. We received accolades for our work on behalf of the Cook County Assessor’s Office (CCAO), Pace Suburban Bus (Pace), and River Valley Metro Mass Transit District (RVMMTD).
About the Websites
The Cook County Assessor’s Office is responsible for setting fair and accurate values for 1.8 million parcels of Cook County property. The value of these properties is not determined on an individual basis, but rather by a mass appraisal system. The mass appraisal system is a way to put fairness into the entire assessment process. Clarity also created a stand-alone tool to function alongside the new CCAO site called Real Property Income & Expense. This online form gathers up-to-date information that will contribute to fair and accurate valuation of commercial properties. As a result, RPIE filings will help CCAO analysts accurately assess property values and other similar businesses in corresponding neighborhoods.
Pace Suburban Bus is the premier suburban transit provider, safely and efficiently moving people to work, school, and other regional destinations. Clarity’s work on this project allows Pace to update timely information on the site, giving their users the ability to make informed decisions based on real-time data.
River Valley Metro Mass Transit District is a public service agency that offers three types of bus services for the residents of Kankakee County. Clarity Partners built a visually distinctive and responsively designed site that accommodates RVMMTD user devices of any size (e.g. mobile, tablet, desktop).
