Awards season is in full swing and as a result, we are continuing to receive news about the newest accolades for our impressive web practice.
The Communicator Awards recently announced their 27th season winners and three Clarity projects were among those on the list. This program recognizes big ideas in marketing and communications and is overseen by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts, a 600+ member organization of leading professionals from various disciplines of the visual arts.
Of the three winning websites, one received the Award of Excellence – the competition’s highest honor – and three received the Award of Distinction.

Pace Suburban Bus – Website Redesign
Clarity Partners implemented the Content Management System known as Drupal, which allows content administrators to easily update the site. Through a rigorous user testing process, Clarity was able to verify that the new site met all of these needs and allows for updates for the foreseeable future. Award of Distinction
Colony Display – Website Redesign
Colony is a custom wood/metal fixture manufacturer located in Elgin, IL. Founded in 1983, the company quickly gained a reputation for being customer-focused for producing high-quality mid-tiered fixtures for the retail industry. This project was completed as an almost entirely virtual effort during 2020. It recently also won both a Horizon Interactive Award as well as a MUSE Creative Award.
Cook County Assessor’s Office – Website Redesign
The CCAO is responsible for setting fair and accurate values for 1.8 million parcels of Cook County property. The value of these properties is not determined on an individual basis, but rather by a mass appraisal system. The mass appraisal system is a way to put fairness into the entire assessment process.
