CCGA - Blue Marble

The Chicago Council on Global Affairs is a nonpartisan, non-profit organization dedicated to increasing knowledge in global affairs. Clarity designed and developed a new digital presence within their existing primary Drupal website that met their goal to leverage as much existing functionality as possible while providing a distinct design and branding that appealed to a younger audience.

Chelsea Lighting

Chelsea Lighting is the largest independent lighting and lighting controls distributor serving New York City. Chelsea engaged Clarity to redesign and re-platform their website using WordPress. Clarity was able to incorporate a number of unique animations and videos to convey an appealing visual representation of Chelsea Lighting.

Chicago City Clerk

The Chicago City Clerk is the most visited office in Chicago government. In 2015, Clarity was engaged to host, support, and adaptively maintain OCC’s website to meet current and evolving business needs. More recently, we re-platformed the site on Drupal 9, streamlined the site’s content structure, improved content maintenance, and solved for content admin pain points.

Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership

CCWP is the largest workforce development system in the nation, serving 132 municipalities and administering $200M+ in federal and philanthropic aid. Clarity redesigned and developed the new CCWP website on WordPress. We implemented an intuitive career center portal, an interactive map, and geolocation technology to help visitors locate the 53 agencies.

Chicago Housing Authority

The CHA oversees public housing within the city of Chicago and is the largest rental landlord in the city with more than 50,000 households. Clarity Partners re-platformed the CHA website on Drupal with an extensive list of improvements and trained their content managers on these upgrades. This positioned the CHA to be able to prioritize future work.

Chicago Office of Inspector General

OIG is an independent and nonpartisan organization designed to promote effectiveness and efficiency by identifying corruption, waste, and mismanagement in Chicago government. Clarity redesigned two websites for OIG that needed commonality while showcasing their unique purpose. The sites are mobile-responsive and WCAG AA compliant.

Chicago Park District

The Chicago Park District engaged Clarity to redesign, build, and host their website and e-commerce platform. We designed and developed a user-friendly, mobile-responsive site with an emphasis to promote CPD’s parks, programs, partners, and events. The e-commerce function allows patrons to browse a catalog of park programs and to register online.

Founded in 1983 and based just outside of Chicago, Colony Display is a designer, manufacturer, and installer of highly customized fixtures, exhibits and displays. Cook County Assessor's Office

CCAO engaged Clarity to redesign and re-platform their website. In addition to the technical changes, Clarity created an entirely fresh design for the CCAO, including fresh color branding and logo development, emphasizing their efforts at data transparency in service to the residents of Cook County.

Cook County Assessor's Office - RPIE

CCAO engaged Clarity to create a tool called Real Property Interest and Expense (RPIE), a tool that collects both revenue and property information directly from property owners. Clarity worked closely with CCAO to build an online questionnaire that allowed property owners to provide only relevant information, increasing accuracy and transparency.

Cook County Board of Review

The BOR is a government office that provides the taxpayers of Cook County an opportunity to appeal the over-valuation of property assessments. In 2015, Clarity redesigned the site while doing a Drupal implementation. In 2023, we upgraded the site to Drupal 9 while creating a more modern look and feel, a visually improved alert process, enhanced web accessibility, and more.

Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court

CCCCC is the largest court system in Illinois and the second largest unified court system in the world. Clarity was tasked to produce a new CCCCC website in an accelerated timeline. With the new site, the court is now positioned to make necessary, real-time updates that affect all intended audiences.

Cook County Clerk

CCC is the chief election officer for Cook County’s 1.4 million registered voters, maintains vital records, and releases public statements of economic interests. Clarity redesigned CCC’s Drupal site, including multiple integrations to back-end custom and legacy applications. The Clerk’s site now runs on 35+ servers in AWS, and Clarity has become a critical part of the elections support team for the Clerk.

Cook County is vulnerable to many hazards from extreme weather to terrorist attacks. EMRS has a fundamental responsibility to ensure the safety of our community. Clarity has redesigned and re-platformed the essential EMRS website, implementing a major design overhaul, a move from AWS to Acquia Cloud Site Factory, significant content admin updates, Twitter API integration, a Drupal 9 upgrade, and more.

Cook County Government

Cook County selected Clarity to implement a complete redesign of their public website, provide guidance on branding strategy, and consult County leadership on governing content. The website was developed on the Drupal CMS, an industry-leading open-source system used extensively by U.S. government agencies.

PDO is one of the largest criminal defense firms in the United States, with more than 450 attorneys and more than 600 employees overall. Clarity was tasked with redesigning and re-platforming the PDO website, to which the team implemented a drastically different look and feel. Additionally, the new site has easier content administration, enhanced search, improved web accessibility, and a modular page-building feature.

In April 2022, Clarity completed a website redesign on behalf of the Cook County Public Guardian, a governmental office devoted to championing the rights of children and adults routinely neglected by society. Due to the effective use of a page builder, this project took less than a month for Clarity to complete.  The goal was simple – an updated site that could be used more effectively.

CCSA is the second-largest prosecutor’s office in the United States, committed to upholding justice and maintaining safety for Cook County’s 5M+ residents. COPA was established in 2016 to ensure fair and timely police investigations. The University of Chicago’s Gagliardi Group is a research laboratory with graduate and postdoctoral research fellows engaged in molecular chemistry and engineering. Metra

Clarity was selected to redesign Metra’s main site, Metrarail.com, using Drupal CMS. Our firm co-developed the site with Metra staff to ensure full and ongoing knowledge transfer. Website administrators have a range of tools that allow them to add and update content directly to the website when needed. We helped Metra take advantage of the re-platforming to introduce other improvements as well.

Northbrook Park District

Established in June 1927, NPD holds 508.9 acres and leases 2.4 acres from the Village of Northbrook. Since December 2016, NPD and Clarity have been working together to improve and modernize the District’s website while giving NPD more internal control over design and functionality, which will continue to be a crucial asset as future needs are identified.

Pace Bus Tracker

Pace chose Clarity to plan, execute, and deliver a redesign of the website to attain easier navigation and higher customer satisfaction. Together, the two parties set out to create a useful tool—accessible content, easy-to-follow schedules for over 200 routes, real-time bus tracking, and trip planning—within the context of an aesthetic that brings the brand into the modern web space.

Project Rainbow

Project Rainbow is a Cook County initiative seeking to address learning loss magnified by COVID-19. Cook County partnered with Clarity to produce a website and aid in the creation of Cook County’s first-ever mobile app. The WordPress site currently operates as the main hub for the initiatives educational content. Clarity was also asked to make the website playful and dynamic.

RTAMS

RTAMS is RTA’s powerful data warehouse and interactive mapping tool that can be used by stakeholders to analyze and visualize transit information. In February 2018, Clarity supported the RTA in a project to bring the RTAMS platform in line with modern-day data visualization and automation tools. RIC was founded in 1908 by Monroe Rothschild and Samuel Karger. It has long been a leading financial institution in Chicago. Clarity was engaged to redesign the RIC website to appeal to a more millennial audience while still capturing the expertise of over 100 years of experience. RIC now has visual branding and guidelines that more clearly communicate who they are: a boutique investment firm.

The Journey Forward is an organization providing a myriad of services for families in need, from financial coaching to re-employment to mental health and trauma services. The UChicago Trust in India is a legally independent entity which receives and manages funds from local donors and foreign grant agencies for programs that promote the betterment of India.
